Jay+Tina

Couple of months back I met with Winston Delawar in one of the bridal shows and our first meeting wasn’t really a big click immediately. I was impressed with the quality of their work and it opened up for us to talk more about photography. Graciously, he invited me to be on his shoots and maybe we could share ideas. We met up again in another meeting for a prospective client in which I was there for South Florida Party Planner magazine and he was there to also network with the client. Since our client was very late for the meeting it opened up for us to have a great conversation and how we could help out each other. From that point on, our business relationship and friendship had launched. Today we have helped each other in many aspects of the business and we are excited to grow and move up together. It is a great blessing to meet such wonderful people who are so giving ,whom you could share not only business wise but also in knowledge, time, and resources.

Last Saturday, July 27 was our first wedding shoot to collaborate. Winston Delawar Photography’s team, Suzanne and Winston, went out to shoot and they asked me out to helped them out and I gladly accepted the invitation.

This was also my first time shooting at the Signature Grand. I like the feel of Signature Grand, its interior is quite good and has alot of places and spots to shoot at.

We first met with the bride Tina, and you could just see in her face the excitement that emanates as she arrives at the venue. As with many brides she was concern of things going on with her wedding, and she just can’t wait to get on her dream dress and be united with his husband to be on the aisle. As the groom arrived we divided the shoot and I concentrated on the groom while Suzanne stayed with the bride.

It was also interesting that both the Officiating Minister and also the Rabbi were part of the ceremony and they made wedding rites extra special by giving beautiful reminders and dedications to the Tina and Jay.

During the toasts, we heard how Tina and Jay loves tailgaiting, both love sports and of course they love the Gators.

One really sweet note that was given on the toast was  that they met  when Jay used to work for Sound Advice, they started well because Jay gave free concert tickets to Tina,so they were telling her that she might be using the Jay to go into the concert tickets but in fact she was using the free concert tickets to get into Jay ( how romatic :D! ).

The whole event went really smooth and I really had a great time on this wedding.

Thanks again to Winston and Suzanne Delawar for inviting me to be a second shooter with them and looking forward for our upcoming team ups.
