Taking time to give recognition to individuals who are performing above and beyond their regular duties should be a must for any company, business or organization. This gives not only a boost to those who are given the recognition but it serves as an inspiration to other team members to step up and hopefully be a part of the roster of those considered to be the company’s great assets.
Macy’s Retail Holdings Inc., specifically the Miami South Region which also includes Puerto Rico, gave recognition to their top performing associates. They put in great effort for the event to make their associate’s feel how appreciated they are and keep them more motivated. I could see the smiles and pride of these company leaders as each of them are given that covetous merit and recognition.
